The island of Capri is a must-see experience, and the boat ride over is worth every penny. I only spent a few hours on land, but would recommend others to section out ample time to explore.

My biggest tip is the buses from the chairlift to the port is the fastest form of transportation, however researching the scheduled bus times will save you in the long run! They typically run every 10 minutes, but change later in the day.

Things To Do

I booked my Capri boat tour with Sorrento Sea Tours and gathered 9 people to split the cost (about €145 per per person). We really enjoyed this trip because it included a fun crew that took group photos and also offered limoncello shots.

We docked at a restaurant and ate there, then took a bus to the chairlift (€14 round-trip per person). As a person with a fear of heights, this chairlift was amazing! The views were unbeatable and it was a very relaxing experience. Unfortunately, due to our designated boat time crunch, we did not get to explore much more of the island.
